How long does the experience last?

The Labryinto Experience takes place over two days, with programming on January 2nd and 3rd, 2026.

What are the festival opening times?

— January 2nd: from 8:00 PM until late morning

— January 3rd: from 8:30 AM until late afternoon

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason. All ticketing fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the full Ingresse Terms of Service

 

Are there shuttles to the event?

Yes. Shuttle tickets from Jericoacoara (Jeri) and Preá will be available closer to the festival dates. Please follow our official Instagram for updates.

What kind of car do I need to reach the venue?

A 4x4 vehicle is required, as the venue is located in the dunes.

Can I buy festival tickets at the venue?

Yes. Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue.

 

What if I lose or damage my wristband?

Access to the festival is allowed only with a valid and undamaged wristband. Lost, damaged, or unusable wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances. 

Can I request a refund for the remaining balance on my wristband?

Yes, under the following conditions:

— Refunds must be requested on-site during the event.

— Maximum refundable amount: up to 20% of the total reload.

— Minimum refund amount: R$80 (approximately USD $15).

— No refunds will be processed after the event.

— Requests not made during the event will not be accepted.
